What you can see
Usage
- Query volume by day, week, month, quarter, or year
- Usage breakdown by chat mode
Feedback
- Thumbs up/down per answer
- Optional user comments
- Recent feedback list with query and answer context
Who can access
- Project admins can view analytics for their project
- Subscription owners can switch to organization-wide analytics
Where to find it
Go to Manage Data → Analytics in the main app.
Want to collect better feedback? Encourage users to add comments when rating answers.
